What Does it Mean When a Site is Disconnected?

A site is disconnected if it is no longer online or if it's temporarily down.

What's Causing a Site to Disconnect?

There are a number of reasons that a site could become disconnected. Some of the most common causes involve security settings that are blocking the WatchTower agent or access token issues. 

How Can This Be Resolved?

If you are using a Content Management System, you may need to reset the access token within your CMS account. Once done, copy and paste the new code in WatchTower.
